President & CEO, David Papillion, founded PCI, Inc. in 1994 after working in and out of cabinet shops in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Frustrated with the idea of working for someone else and realizing that he could make a better product on his own, he founded Papillion Commercial Interiors, Inc.

20 years later, PCI, Inc. continues to grow and satisfy customers all over the United States. With over 25 years of experience in the business, David still carries with him a life long experience of building and constructing that started at the tender age of 17 when he worked in his father’s construction business.
